This is me Fran, I'm the maker, dreamer, stamper, packer, photographer, administrator and tea maker behind Whitby Gems.

I started Whitby Gems in 2017 after making a leap of faith turning my hobby into a business with the love and support from my fabulous customers, friends & family 

I love jewellery and the whole making & designing process. seeing it being loved and worn by customers. 

My collection is made up from a range of designs, some pieces are more for every day wear and can be layered up or stacked. Some pieces you will find here are complete one off bespoke pieces. Handmade from a special Gemstone I have hand selected, or a piece of sea glass.

I use UK suppliers for my materials so I know I'm giving you the best quality materials, I try to use packaging that's been Recycled or can be Recycled, it all helps!
